Role Summary: |
This position is responsible for the successful execution of the Boise Customer Service, Special Commodities process. Required to follow policies and procedures to provide an optimal level of customer service. Responsible for scheduling and booking cargo, tracking and tracing, and problem resolution. The incumbent will report directly to the Supervisor, Special Commodities, Customer Service. |
