Supervisor, Export Documentation
Salary Range: $56,000.00 to $87,500.00
Location
Boise, ID. This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model with at least three days in the office weekly
Role Summary
This position is responsible for driving full ownership and successful execution of the Boise Export Documentation process. Assist the Manager in developing policies and procedures to ensure optimal bill of lading production and high-quality documentation services for internal and external customers. Employ root cause analysis to continuously improve accuracy, resolve operational friction and ensure complete follow-through on all departmental deliverables. Direct oversight of 5-7 specialists handling escalation and problem resolution
Additional Responsibilities
- General responsibility and accountability for 6+ documentation representatives
- Manage all aspects of bill of lading production with strict adherence to accuracy and deadlines
- Drive complete ownership of issue resolution, performing root cause analysis on recurring documentation errors or process bottlenecks to implement lasting solutions
- Demonstrate consistent follow-through on all customer inquiries, internal commitments and operational action items from inception to final closure
- Assist on-shore and off-shore offices as necessary to maintain seamless workflow continuity
- Ensure employees within the Export Documentation group are equipped with ample knowledge to provide accurate information to both internal and external customers
- Monitor and respond to internal and external customer requirements to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Ensure the Manager is provided a daily recap for departmental awareness
- Work across the organization to understand, influence and implement service strategies that support existing and new products.
- Available for holidays, weekends, extended hours and travel as needed

Required Minimum Years Experience
Supervisory preferred and 2+ function-related.

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

ONE NA follows a hybrid work schedule requiring employees to work 3 days in the office (i.e. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote each week.
Salary commensurate with experience means your pay will be directly proportional to your background, skills, and qualifications.
