Sr. Manager, Chassi/Truck Procurement
Salary Range: $92,500.00 to $126,250.00
Location
Naperville, IL. This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model with at least three days in the office weekly.
Role Summary
Plays a pivotal role overseeing and optimizing our inland network. Leads 2 teams, ensuring efficient and effective procurement processes. Expected to achieve and exceed operational targets within areas of expertise. Identifies opportunities to enhance existing processes and standards, aligning them with division goals. Manage team(s) to foster a productive and collaborative work environment. Maintains high level relationships with strategic partners and vendors. Negotiate contracts / rates and required services with vendors

Generate cost savings initiatives and models for tracking cost savings

Provide timely support to Inland Operations teams to address challenges and maintain smooth operations.

Negotiate favorable truck / chassis rates with carriers to optimize costs.

Conduct regular reviews and analyses of truck/chassis rates to identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators.

Develop reports to measure and analyze cost and volume metrics related to truck/chassis procurement.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with truck vendors
Required Minimum Years Experience
5+ years with management/supervisory experience and 7+ years with function/industry-related experience
Required Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

ONE NA follows a hybrid work schedule requiring employees to work 3 days in the office (i.e. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote each week.
