Project Manager/Business Analyst - Sales

Richmond, VA; This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model with at least three days in the office weekly

Role Summary

A dual-function role, bridging between business strategy and operational execution. Responsible for identifying departmental demands, conducting deep-dive business analyses, coordinating regional budgets, and guiding projects from conception to successful implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a firm grasp of project management methodologies, and specific familiarity with Opus, Chorus, and the Zokyo program.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Demand & Workload Identification: Proactively identify demands, scope resource needs, and define key segments of work within the Execution Marketing department.

  • Budget & Goal Alignment: Coordinate regional budget targets across all Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring strict alignment with the Global Headquarters (GHQ) Budget and Country Goal Management (CGM) framework.

  • Project & Task Tracking: Manage the lifecycle of projects and daily tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking utilizing Jira or ServiceNow.

  • Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct thorough business, process, and data analyses into key business areas to uncover insights, identify bottlenecks, and drive strategic improvements.

  • Chorus Implementation Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison with GPM regarding Chorus-related activities. This includes identifying internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and facilitating their continuous engagement with GPM and the Chorus implementation team.

  • Zokyo Program Management: Ideate, identify, and champion new initiatives for the Zokyo program, managing these concepts end-to-end from initial brainstorming through to final implementation.

  • Stakeholder Reporting: Create and distribute comprehensive weekly status reports detailing progress on all active work streams as well as backlog items. Present these updates clearly to key Execution Marketing stakeholders to ensure total alignment.

Core Required Skills and Competencies

  • Process & Data Analysis: A strong professional background in conducting complex process optimization and data analysis.

  • Project Management Expertise: A solid understanding of core Project Management principles, methodologies, and best practices (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

  • System Knowledge: Proven knowledge of and experience working with Opus and Chorus projects.

  • Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing workflows and backlogs in enterprise tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear stakeholder reports and effectively collaborate with cross-functional SMEs.

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build relationships, align cross-functional teams, and manage expectations with execution marketing stakeholders, sales teams, and GPM.

  • Financial Acumen: Comfort working with financial data to effectively manage and align regional budget targets with global corporate goals.

  • Communication & Facilitation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically the ability to engage with SMEs and translate technical jargon into business requirements.

  • Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: A proactive, analytical mindset capable of identifying bottlenecks, formulating solutions, and driving ideas from the Zokyo program through implementation.

  • Adaptability & Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to ruthlessly prioritize demands and handle multiple active workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strategic Vision: The ability to understand granular data while keeping the big picture of the Execution Marketing department's goals in focus.

Function Specific Skills

  • Project Management Software: High proficiency in Jira, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise task-tracking and backlog management tools.

  • Methodologies: Solid grasp of Agile, Scrum, and traditional Waterfall project management methodologies.

  • Data & Process Visualization: Ability to map complex business processes and workflows using tools like Signavio, Lucidchart, or similar software.

  • Data Analysis Tools: Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Looker Studio, or SQL) to conduct deep-dive analyses, build dashboards, and track budget and goal metrics.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Exceptional ability to synthesize data and project statuses into clear, executive-level weekly reports and presentations

ONE NA follows a hybrid work schedule requiring employees to work 3 days in the office (i.e. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote each week.
